I asked the same thing. apparently we can't add tattoos on cap. it's weird because if you create a draft, some of the players already have tattoos on them, but you can't edit those either.. Nba 2k17 tattoos & accessories are used to customize your myplayer character. you can have as many tattoos as you want, placed on any part of your body. the system allows you to piece together different parts and create unique body paint for your player. as for accessories, they include shoes. Why cant ea add the new haircuts and tattoos from journey mode for hunter into the options for when u create a player/pro?? to me this doesnt seem like it would be too hard for them to do considering they have put it in one part of the game where there is cut scenes etc they will have to have these styles and tatts on hunter, but cant give is the option to have on our player?.
