Tattoo Artist Hasn't Responded






So my tattoo artist canceled my appointment that i had for 05/30/12, i put a $50 dollar deposit down on the appointment. heard from him since its 06/24/12 i texted him yesterday asking him if he knew when he was going to get me in he never responded. what do i do? if that hasn't worked, go in, & tell them, calmly, what.
